• 2025's Recipients from the Advance Auto Parts Car Show portion of the  Food A Palooza and Car Show is the  Girl Scouts of Natrona County. 

• 2024 contestants from the Advance Auto Parts Car Show raised 2060.00 for the Girl Scouts of Natrona County. With your help, we know we can beat 2024's total!

• #AdvanceAutoParts Car Show Registration is 7:30am - 10a Monday, on Labor Day Monday Sept 1, 2025 

• Along with the Rockin Burgers N Dogs, 2025 #FoodAPalooza, Advance Auto Parts will be hosting the #carshow. It's $20 to show your ride (All money raised from the Advance Auto Parts car show will go to 2025's recipients, Natrona County Girl Scouts  CLICK ME to go to the Car Show section.

• *Casper's "Almost Totally Famous, World Wide, in Wyoming" one man band, Chad Lore will be with us 10:30 - 1:30.

• Advance Auto Parts Car Show Awards 1:40pm

 ALL Vendor Spaces Have Been Filled

• Set up time for all vendors is 8a - 9:30. You are welcome to open as soon as you are set up. 

• Vendors, you will be blocked in, Please, do not attempt to leave early. 

• Food Trucks, All Spaces Have Been Filled. We Allow One Of Each Type Of Cuisine. IE: One Shaved Ice, One Ice Cream, One Burger & Dog (That ones already taken of course) One BBQ, One Mexican, etc. 
• *All Approved Food Trucks / Trailers Must Be In Place By 9AM. After 9AM Will Not Be Able To Set Up.* 

• Set up to be a food truck / trailer vendor is only $50.00! (Non food trucks / trailer vendors are free) But, you have to contact Ticker 307.333.4388 before Mon. AU 25, 2025. (All vendor and food truck spaces have been filled) You will not be allowed to set up anywhere on the property if you don't have prior approval.  

• Food Vendors must provide one 33 gallon (or larger) trash can outside their truck or trailer and monitor it frequently. A Dumpster will be provided for food truck garbage's only. Guests will also have access to larger than normal trash bins throughout the area. 

• Food Vendors must be licensed, insured (business liability) & have El Mark-o as an additional insured, as well as  be Natrona County Health Department approved.

• Benefactors from the Advance Auto Parts Car Show are preselected.     Food A Palooza & Car Show have  chosen the Natrona County Girl Scouts (Of MT & WY) to benefit from the 2025 Food A Palooza & Car Show.

• In years past, we've help Pop In The Shop (twice), True Care Womens Resource Center (once), Casper Midget Football (once) and Girl Scouts of Natrona County (three times) 

• If you notice a certain pattern though, then you have caught on to a little insight as to who the Food A Palooza & Car Show committee  chooses to benefit. You'll notice, those that have benefited the last seven years have a close tie in with children. 

•  In the Bible there are many places that state the protection and positive growth of children. If we can help with a organization monetarily, that is for the children's positive growth, That, is a big factor.
