From time to time, Rockin Burgers N Dogs has events that require forms to be filled out. Any competition we may be running will always require those Under 18 to have written parental consent and can only be filled out in person the day of and only at Rockin Burgers N Dogs.
At this current time we are not hosting any events that would require forms to be filled out.
